Pickup details will be shared over email/whats app. Pickup is usually completed within 2–5 days of request.

The pickup executive will inspect the product condition. If it is not in a saleable state, pickup will be denied.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to avoid damage during the return process.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If we receive a defective or damaged item while you return or exchange it, there will be no refund or exchange for the order.

4. Price Differences in Exchanges

Greater Value : If the exchanged item is of higher value than the original item, you will need to pay the difference.

Lesser Value : If the exchanged item is of lesser value than the original item, the difference will be refunded to your wallet
